Procedure Participants take part in an consultant-led discussion that explores jurors’ experiences with key activities, parties and issues in the case. From there, the plaintiff side of the case is presented in a neutral fashion (usually by the consultant) followed by questions about participants’ understanding of what happened, beliefs about case issues, and what else participants want to know. The defense side of the case is then neutrally presented, followed by similar (and additional) questions. Each discussion protocol is case-specific and targeted to issues of concern for the litigation team. |
